Derk de Geus is a singer-songwriter, artist and producer based in The Netherlands. He writes intimate acoustic songs that deal with the journey from the head to the heart. The songs are modern mantras that deal with personal growth and spiritual awakening, and are sung in group singing circles around the world.

He spent two decades as founder of Paladin Studios, an award-winning game development studio with 50+ creative professionals. When that chapter ended early 2024, he found himself standing at the crossroads of "what now?" — and chose to take a leap and return to his love for music.

Since then, Derk has been writing songs and leading ceremonies. His music is grounded in a simple philosophy: that we need to reconnect to the heart, to the land, and to local community. He believes this is a necessity to heal on an individual and collective level— and that music is one of the most direct paths there.

He facilitates and performs at music gatherings, festivals, psychedelic ceremonies, breathwork sessions, and singing circles. Venues include the legendary Ruigoord church, Dominicuskerk Amsterdam, and intimate spaces across Europe.
